How do I know if I have sleep apnoea?

The first step to figuring out whether you have sleep apnoea or not, is to engage in these three self-administered tests below.
Epworth Sleepiness Scale
This scale is used to measure daytime sleepiness by answering a range of questions with the chances of you dozing off during general daily activities.
STOP-Bang Assessment
This test is a general tool for detecting obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) and assessing whether you are in the low, medium or high risk group.
OSA-50 Score
OSA 50 Score:-
Q 1. Waist measurement Male > 102 cms, Female > 88 cms **Waist measurement to be measured at the level of umbilicus (Yes = 3 points)
Q 2. Does snoring bother others (Yes = 3 points)
Q 3. Have you been observed to stop breathing during sleep (Yes = 2 points)
Q 4. Age 50 or over (Yes = 2 points)
Total Score out of 10. If you score five or more, you may have sleep apnoea.
